Fully revised for 2012
Explore Wales on the National Cycle Network - a system of routes along traffic-free paths, quiet lanes and traffic-calmed roads, linking our towns and cities, our countryside and places of interest.
Containing 28 favourite routes featuring full OS mapping and detailed town close-ups, route descriptions, things to see and do, train stations, nearby cycle routes, refreshments, bike hire and more; the routes take in well-known places of interest, rich history, wildlife and breathtaking views.
The National Cycle Network (NCN) passes with a couple of miles of three quarters of us, so there is no excuse not to find your nearest route, get on your bike and go! Sustrans is one of the UK's largest commissioners of public art, so there is plenty to marvel at along the way.
