The map includes Traffic-Free Family Routes/Trails; Bacton Wood, Bure Valley Railway Path, Holkham Hall, Marriott's Way, Paston Way, Peddars Way, Thetford Forest and Weaver's Way as well as National Cycle Network Routes NCN 1 (Hull-Harwich), NCN 13 (Dereham-Thetford), the Norfolk Coast Cycleway/NCN 30 and the Regional Route 30 Thetford to Beccles and Lowestoft.
