Coast to Border - Fishguard & Aberystwyth to Shrewsbury
Lôn Cambria crosses the heart of Mid Wales between Aberystwyth and Shrewsbury. National Cycle Network Route 81 is a 113 mile (182km) journey along country lanes, river valleys, trails and mountain roads with panoramic views of the Welsh countryside. Expect mountain roads and Red Kites soaring above. Lôn Teifi is part of National Cycle Network Route 82 between Aberystwyth and Fishguard. The 98 mile (158km) route follows country lanes and minor roads along the valley of the River Teifi connecting to Cardigan on the coast and on to Fishguard and links to the Celtic Trail (National Routes 4 & 47)
