Swansea - Fishguard
Features the Millennium Coastal Park at Llanelli. The western section travels through the quiet country lanes of Pembrokeshire. Can be cycled in two loops using the National Cycle Network Routes 4 and 47 starting and finishing at Swansea or Carmarthen.
The route follows:
National Route 4 between Swansea and Fishguard via Tenby
National Route 47 between Fishguard and Llanelli via Preseli Hills
