NCN The Cornish Way
Cycle Route Map

Land's End - Bude via Padstow or St. Austell

The Cornish Way follows National Routes 3 and 32 of the National Cycle Network between Land's End and Bude, with a choice of a north coast or south coast route in central Cornwall between Truro and Bodmin, showing over 180 miles of cycle route.

The route incorporates Marazion, Mounts Bay, Mousehole – a virtually traffic-free ride around the broad sweep of Mounts Bay starting across the causeway from St. Michaels Mount, through Penzance, past the fishing boats of Newlyn and descending into the beautiful harbour at Mousehole, St. Austell and the Eden Project – new traffic-free routes through the former clay mines make for a wonderful journey to this now world famous visitor attraction. The Camel Trail follows a disused railway line from Bodmin through Wadebridge and along the Camel Estuary to the popular town of Padstow.

In addition to National Cycle Network routes the map also shows the various "Mineral Tramway" cycle routes that link to the National Routes in the former tin and china clay mining areas of Cornwall. The map covers the whole of Cornwall so is ideal for visiting beaches and attractions off the main National Cycle Routes on rural lanes. Everything the local, casual or touring cyclist needs to explore Cornwall by bike.

The route follows:
National Route 3 between Land's End and Bude
National Route 32 between Truro and Bodmin
